Marinate Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. You can optionally marinate them in olive oil for 30 minutes for added flavor.

Prepare Vegetables
Wash and dry the lettuce. Slice the tomato into thin rounds.

Grill Chicken
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through and juices run clear.

Toast Bread
While the chicken is grilling, toast the Texas Toast slices until golden brown on both sides.

Assemble the Clubhouse
Spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toasted Texas Toast. On the bottom slice, layer with lettuce, grilled chicken, bacon slices, and tomato slices. Top with another slice of Texas Toast, mayonnaise side down. Repeat for the second sandwich.

Serve
Cut the sandwiches in half diagonally and serve immediately. Enjoy your Classic Clubhouse!
