Method
Preparing Chicken Fingers
- 1
Cut the Chicken
Slice the chicken breast into long strips, about 1 inch wide.
- 2
- 3
Bread the Chicken
Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip it in the egg, and then coat with breadcrumbs. Ensure each piece is well-coated.
- 4
Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the breaded chicken strips in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Making Buffalo Sauce

Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter.
- 6
Assembling the Wrap
- 7
Toss Chicken in Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the fried chicken strips with the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- 8
Prepare the Tortilla
Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Add a portion of lettuce, followed by the buffalo chicken, sliced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- 9
Wrap It Up
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- 10
Serve
Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately with extra buffalo sauce on the side if desired.
