Pasta

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the pasta is cooking, wash and chop the bell pepper, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, carrot, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the prepared vegetables and cook for 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.

  2. 4

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Season with salt, black pepper, and toss everything together until well combined.

  3. 5

    Finish with Cheese and Basil

Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil. Mix well to ensure the cheese melts and coats the pasta and vegetables.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate and Serve

Serve the Pasta Primavera warm, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh basil if desired.
