Method

For the Grilled Ribeye

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Take the ribeye steaks out of the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.

  2. 2

    Season the Steak

Rub the ribeye steaks with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle the fresh rosemary on both sides of the steak.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat (about 450-500°F).

  4. 4

    Grill the Steak

Place the steaks on the hot grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is reached.

  5. 5

    Rest the Steak

Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

For the Garlic Mashed Potatoes

  1. 6

    Boil the Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes into quarters. Place them in a large pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Add the garlic cloves and cook for about 15-20 minutes until tender.

  2. 7

    Drain the Potatoes

Once the potatoes are cooked, drain them and return them to the pot.

  3. 8

    Mash the Potatoes

Add butter, milk, salt, and black pepper to the drained potatoes. Mash until smooth and creamy, adjusting the milk for desired consistency.

For the Seasonal Vegetables

  1. 9

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and slice the zucchini, bell pepper, and carrots into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 10

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the vegetables, season with salt and black pepper, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
