Grilled Chicken or Salmon

Caesar Dressing

Method

Preparation of Chicken or Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate Protein

In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken breasts or salmon fillets and coat well. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Protein

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. For salmon, grill skin-side down for about 5-6 minutes per side depending on thickness.

Caesar Dressing

  1. 3

    Prepare Dressing

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and anchovy paste. Mix until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Assembling the Salad

  1. 4

    Prepare Salad Base

Chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl. Add croutons and toss gently.

  2. 5

    Add Protein and Dressing

Slice the grilled chicken or salmon and place it on top of the salad. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and top with white anchovy fillets.

  3. 6

    Serve

Toss the salad gently to combine all ingredients and serve immediately.
