Prepare the Glass
Select an Old Fashioned glass and place it in the freezer to chill while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon, Angostura Bitters, and Simple Syrup.

Add Ice
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir gently for about 30 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.

Remove the chilled Old Fashioned glass from the freezer and strain the mixed drink into it over a large ice cube.
