Prepare the Glass
Begin by selecting a cocktail glass. If desired, chill the glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes before serving.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of vodka, 1 oz of melon liqueur, 1 oz of lemon juice, and 0.5 oz of simple syrup.

Add Ice
Fill the shaker with ice cubes (about 1 cup) to chill the mixture.

Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to mix and chill the ingredients thoroughly.

Remove the shaker lid and use a strainer to pour the mixture into the chilled cocktail glass.
