Preparation Directions
- 1
Prepare the Fruit
Rinse the blackberries under cold water and pat them dry. Set aside about 1/2 cup of the blackberries for garnish.
- 2
Mix the Juices
In a large pitcher, combine the lemon juice, lime juice, and orange juice. Stir well to mix.
- 3
Add the Syrups
Pour in the simple syrup and blackberry syrup into the pitcher with the juices. Stir until well combined.
- 4
Add the Blackberries
Gently fold in the blackberries (not reserved for garnish) into the juice mixture.
- 5
Chill the Sangria
Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- 6
Serve the Sangria
When ready to serve, add the ice cubes to the pitcher, then pour in the lemon-lime soda and stir gently. Garnish with the reserved blackberries and fresh mint leaves.
