Banana Split Recipe
Quite possibly the biggest dessert ever. Three hefty scoops of vanilla ice cream topped with chocolate, strawberry, caramel, whipped cream and a cherry.

Preparation

Slice the Banana
Peel the large banana and slice it lengthwise into two equal halves.

Prepare the Ice Cream
Scoop three generous scoops of vanilla ice cream and place them in a long dish or banana split boat.
Assembly

Arrange the Bananas
Place the sliced banana halves on either side of the scoops of ice cream.

Add the Toppings
Drizzle 4 tablespoons each of chocolate syrup, strawberry syrup, and caramel sauce over the ice cream.

Add Whipped Cream
Spoon 1 cup of whipped cream over the top of the ice cream and toppings.

Finish with Cherries
Top each scoop of ice cream with a maraschino cherry.
