Method

Steak

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Season the 6oz Prime New York Strip Steak with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add the steak and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Eggs

  1. 3

    Prepare the Eggs

In a bowl, crack the two eggs and season them with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

  2. 4

    Cook the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Pour in the eggs and cook until the whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your liking, about 3-4 minutes for sunny-side up.

Hashbrowns

  1. 5

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel the russet potatoes and grate them using a box grater or food processor. Rinse the grated potatoes under cold water to remove excess starch, then drain well and pat dry with a kitchen towel.

  2. 6

    Cook the Hashbrowns

In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the grated potatoes in an even layer, season with salt, and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

Toast

  1. 7

    Prepare the Toast

While the steak, eggs, and hashbrowns are cooking, toast the slices of bread until golden brown.

  2. 8

    Butter the Toast

Spread 1 tablespoon of butter over the hot toast.
