Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients: Wheatley vodka, Grind coffee liqueur, espresso, turbinado syrup, whipping cream, and cocoa powder.

Brew Espresso
Brew 1 ounce of fresh espresso using your preferred method (espresso machine, stovetop, etc.).
Mixing

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine 1 ounce of Wheatley vodka, 1 ounce of Grind coffee liqueur, 1 ounce of freshly brewed espresso, and 1 tablespoon of turbinado syrup.

Stir Mixture
Stir the mixture gently until well combined and the turbinado syrup is fully dissolved.
Serving

Prepare Whipped Cream
In a separate bowl, whisk 2 ounces of whipping cream until soft peaks form. Do not over-whip.

Pour the vodka and coffee mixture into a glass. Top with the whipped cream, allowing it to float on top.

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder over the whipped cream for garnish.
