Method

Sandwich Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Wash and slice the lettuce and tomato. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Assemble the Sandwich

Spread mayonnaise on two slices of sourdough bread. Layer with deli turkey, Swiss cheese, lettuce, and sliced tomato. Add mustard to the remaining slices of bread and place on top to complete the sandwiches.

  3. 3

    Grill the Sandwiches

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the sandwiches in the skillet and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Fries Directions

  1. 4

    Prepare the Sweet Potato Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into fries. Toss them in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.

  2. 5

    Bake the Sweet Potato Fries

Spread the sweet potato fries on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.

  3. 6

    Prepare the Frozen French Fries

While the sweet potato fries are baking, prepare the frozen French fries as per package instructions (usually baking or frying) and season with salt.
