    Prepare the Shrimp

    In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the shrimp are well-coated. Let the shrimp marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Buffalo Sauce

    Make the Buffalo Sauce

    In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and honey. Mix well and let simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

    Fire Roasting the Shrimp

    Preheat your grill or barbecue to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
