Prepare the Patties
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Form the mixture into a patty about 1 inch thick.

Add Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on top of the patty and cover to allow it to melt.

Toast the Buns
While the burger is cooking, toast the burger bun on the grill or in a toaster until lightly golden.

Assemble the Burger
Place the lettuce leaf on the bottom half of the toasted bun, followed by the cooked burger patty with melted cheese, and top with tomato slice. Close with the top half of the bun.

Prepare the Sweet Potatoes
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into thin fries, about 1/4 inch thick.

Season the Fries
In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

Bake the Fries
Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden.
