Preparation

  1. 1

    Toast the Ciabatta Buns

Slice the ciabatta buns in half and toast them lightly in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown. This will add a nice crunch and prevent them from getting soggy.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and slice the tomato into thin slices. Rinse the lettuce and shred it into manageable pieces, roughly about 1 cup.

  3. 3

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet, cook the bacon slices over medium heat until they are crispy. Remove them from the skillet and place on a paper towel to drain excess grease.

Assembly

  1. 4

    Spread the Mayonnaise

On the bottom half of each toasted ciabatta bun, spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise evenly.

  2. 5

    Layer the Ingredients

On top of the mayonnaise, layer the turkey breast slices evenly. Next, place the crispy bacon slices on top of the turkey, followed by the cheddar cheese slices.

  3. 6

    Add Vegetables

Top the cheese with shredded lettuce and then add the tomato slices. Ensure to distribute the vegetables evenly for a balanced bite.

  4. 7

    Close the Sandwich

Place the top half of the ciabatta bun on the assembled ingredients to complete the sandwich.

  5. 8

    Cut and Serve

Cut the sandwich in half diagonally for easier handling and serve immediately with your choice of sides.
