Method
Prepare the Salad Base

Wash and Dry Greens
Thoroughly wash the mixed greens under cold water and spin dry in a salad spinner or pat dry with a clean towel.

Prepare Seasonal Fruit
Wash and slice the seasonal fruit into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
Caramelize the Pears

Slice the Pears
Core and slice the pears into thin wedges.

Cook the Pears
In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced pears, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the pears are tender and caramelized, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

In a small bowl, whisk together the raspberry jam, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and Dijon mustard until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
