Prepare the Salad Base

Assemble Mixed Greens
In a large salad bowl, add the mixed greens and seasonal fruit. Toss gently to combine.
Caramelize the Pears

Cook Pears
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the sliced pears, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the pears are tender and caramelized, stirring occasionally.
Candy the Pecans

Prepare Candied Pecans
In a small saucepan, combine the pecans, granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar melts and coats the pecans, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
Make the Raspberry Vinaigrette

Mix Vinaigrette
In a small bowl, whisk together the raspberry vinegar, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble the Salad
