Preparing the Crostinis

Slice the Baguette
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices.

Brush with Olive Oil
Place the slices on a baking sheet and brush one side of each slice generously with olive oil.

Bake the Crostinis
Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Chop the Tomatoes
Wash and dice the fresh tomatoes into small pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.

Mince the Garlic
Peel and mince the garlic cloves, then add them to the bowl with the tomatoes.

Add Basil and Seasoning
Chop the fresh basil leaves and add them to the bowl. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper.

Add Parmesan Cheese
Grate the Parmesan cheese and fold it into the tomato mixture gently, ensuring everything is well combined.
Assembling the Bruschetta

Top the Crostinis
Once the crostinis are cool, spoon a generous amount of the tomato topping onto the oiled side of each crostini.

Arrange the bruschetta on a serving platter and serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
