Method

Dip Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Drain and chop the canned artichoke hearts. Make sure the spinach is completely thawed and drained of excess moisture.

  2. 2

    Mix the Dip

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, drained spinach, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined and smooth.

  3. 3

    Bake the Dip

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.

Crostini Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Baguette

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices.

  2. 5

    Season the Crostini

Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.

  3. 6

    Bake the Crostini

Bake the bread slices in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden.
