Prepare the Glass
Take a large wine glass and fill it with ice cubes to chill the glass.

Combine Ingredients
Pour 3 oz of Aperol into the glass over the ice.

Add Prosecco
Gently add 3 oz of Prosecco into the glass, pouring it slowly to maintain the bubbles.

Top with Soda
Add 1 oz of soda water on top of the mixture for a refreshing touch.

Add a slice of orange to the glass and a strip of orange peel for garnish.
