French Fries

Truffle Fries (optional)

Sweet Potato Fries (optional)

Method

Burgers

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patties

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. If using cheese, add a slice on top of each patty in the last minute of cooking.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Burgers

Toast the burger buns lightly on the grill or skillet. Place a cooked patty on each bun and top with lettuce, tomato slices, onion slices, ketchup, and mustard as desired.

French Fries

  1. 4

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and cut the potatoes into thin strips. Soak them in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

  2. 5

    Bake the Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Drain and dry the potato strips, then toss them in olive oil and salt. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Truffle Fries (optional)

  1. 6

    Add Truffle Oil

Once the fries are cooked, drizzle truffle oil over them and toss gently to coat. If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.

Sweet Potato Fries (optional)

  1. 7

    Prepare the Sweet Potatoes

Wash and cut the sweet potatoes into thin strips. Toss them in olive oil and salt.

  2. 8

    Bake the Sweet Potato Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the sweet potato strips in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
