Method

Eggs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Eggs

In a small bowl, crack the two eggs and add salt and black pepper. Whisk together until well combined.

  2. 2

    Cook the Eggs

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the edges start to set. Gently lift the edges with a spatula and tilt the pan to let uncooked egg flow to the edges. Cook until the eggs are fully set, about 5 minutes total.

Hashbrowns

  1. 3

    Prepare the Hashbrowns

In a separate skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the frozen hashbrowns and spread them evenly in the pan. Sprinkle with salt.

  2. 4

    Cook the Hashbrowns

Let the hashbrowns cook for about 4-5 minutes without stirring, until the bottom is golden brown. Flip the hashbrowns and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the other side is crispy and golden.

Protein

  1. 5

    Cook the Bacon or Sausage

In the same skillet as the hashbrowns or a separate one, cook the bacon or sausage over medium heat. If using bacon, cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes, flipping occasionally. If using sausage, cook according to package instructions until browned and cooked through.

Toast

  1. 6

    Toast the Bread

While the eggs, hashbrowns, and protein are cooking, toast the bread slices in a toaster until golden brown. Once toasted, spread butter on the hot toast.
