Prepare the Patty

In a bowl, gently mix the ground Kobe beef with salt and black pepper. Form the mixture into 2 equal-sized patties, about 6 ounces each.

Cook the Patties

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare doneness, or until desired doneness is reached.

Toast the Buns

While the patties are cooking, cut the brioche buns in half and toast them lightly on a separate skillet or in a toaster until golden brown.

Assemble the Burger

Place each cooked patty on the bottom half of a toasted brioche bun. Top with lettuce, tomato slices, and pickles. Cover with the top half of the bun.

Serve

Serve the Kobe burgers immediately with your favorite side dishes.
