Method

Preparing the Hot Dogs

  1. 1

    Cook the Hot Dogs

Grill or boil the Hebrew National hot dogs according to package instructions until heated through, about 5-7 minutes.

Preparing the Bacon

  1. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the hickory smoked bacon until crispy, about 4-6 minutes. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.

Assembling the Tillamook Dog

  1. 3

    Toast the Buns

While the bacon is cooking, toast the hot dog buns on the grill or in the oven until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.

  2. 4

    Add Cheese Spread

Spread a generous amount of Tillamook cheese spread inside each toasted bun.

  3. 5

    Add Hot Dogs

Place one cooked hot dog into each bun on top of the cheese spread.

  4. 6

    Top with Bacon

Place one slice of crispy bacon on top of each hot dog.

  5. 7

    Add Toppings

Sprinkle diced onions and fresh diced tomatoes generously over each hot dog.
