Chicken Fingers

Prepare Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into strips.

Fry Chicken
Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Fry the breaded chicken strips in hot oil until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and place on paper towels to drain.
Buffalo Sauce

Make Buffalo Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in hot sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix well until combined, then remove from heat.

Toss Chicken
Once the chicken fingers are cooked and drained, toss them in the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
Mac n' Cheese

Cook Macaroni
In a large pot, boil water and cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare Cheese Sauce
In the same pot, add milk and cream cheese over medium heat, stirring until smooth. Gradually add cheddar cheese while stirring until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until well combined.
Croutons

Make Croutons
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut bread into cubes, then toss with olive oil and Italian seasoning. Spread on a baking sheet.

Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown, turning halfway through.
Assembly

Combine and Serve
In a large serving dish, combine the buffalo chicken fingers with the mac n' cheese. Top with homemade croutons before serving.
