Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.

Bread the Wings
Dredge each wing in the flour mixture, dip it into the egg mixture, then coat it again in the flour mixture, ensuring a nice, even coating.

Fry the Wings
Carefully add the breaded wings to the hot oil, working in batches if necessary. Fry for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
