Dough Preparation

Activate Yeast
In a small bowl, combine warm water (3 ml) and sugar (1 tsp). Stir in active dry yeast (1 tsp) and let sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.

Mix Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour (2 cups) and salt (1 tsp). Create a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil (1 tbs).

Knead Dough
Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Let Dough Rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Shaping & Cooking

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

Shape Fingers
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and turn it out onto a floured surface. Roll out to about 1/2 inch thick and cut into strips resembling fingers.

Bake
Place the finger-shaped dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Prepare Dipping Sauces
While the fingers are baking, prepare your choice of dipping sauces (Blue cheese, Honey mustard, or Marinara) in small bowls.

Serve the hand-tossed fingers warm with your choice of dipping sauce on the side.
