Preparing the Salad Base

Wash the Greens
Thoroughly wash the mixed greens under cold water and spin dry in a salad spinner.

Chop the Vegetables
Slice the cucumber and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
Cooking the Fries and Meat

Prepare the Potatoes
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips to make fries.

Fry the Potatoes
Heat oil in a deep fryer or a large pot. Fry the potato strips in batches until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, seasoning with salt to taste.

Cook the Philly Meat
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Philly meat until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Making the Dressing

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Assembling the Salad

In a large salad bowl, add the washed mixed greens, chopped cucumber, and tomatoes. Toss to combine.

Top the salad with the crispy fries, cooked Philly meat, and crumbled bleu cheese.

Serve the salad with the balsamic vinaigrette dressing on the side.
