Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken tender first in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and finally in the bread crumbs, ensuring they are fully coated.

Fry the Chicken
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded chicken tenders in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.

Toss Chicken in Sauce
In a large bowl, combine the fried chicken tenders with the buffalo sauce, tossing to coat evenly.

On each potato bun, layer lettuce, sliced tomato, a buffalo chicken tender, provolone cheese, and a drizzle of bleu cheese dressing.
