Wrap Hot Dogs in Bacon
Take each all-beef hot dog and wrap it with two strips of bacon. Ensure the bacon overlaps slightly to cover the hot dog completely.

Cook the Bacon-Wrapped Hot Dogs
Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium heat. Cook the bacon-wrapped hot dogs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crispy and the hot dogs are heated through.

Melt the Cheese
In the last 2 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the bacon-wrapped hot dogs and close the grill lid or cover the skillet to help melt the cheese.

Prepare the Buns
While the hot dogs are cooking, lightly toast the hot dog buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden.

Place each bacon-wrapped hot dog in a toasted bun. Top with diced onions, relish, ketchup, mustard, and sliced jalapeños as desired.
