In three separate bowls, set up flour (seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder), beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
3. Bread the Chicken
First, dip each chicken strip in flour, then in the egg, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs. Make sure each piece is well-coated.
4. Heat the Oil
In a large frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
5. Fry the Chicken Fingers
Carefully place the breaded chicken strips into the hot oil. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Drain and Serve
Remove the chicken fingers from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot.
