Prepare the Tartare
Finely chop the brioche and mix it with the truffle aïoli, capers, and chopped fresh herbs in a bowl. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Plate the Tartare
Using a ring mold, layer the brioche tartare mixture onto a plate, pressing gently to form a compact layer.

Add the Quail Egg
Carefully crack a quail egg on top of the tartare layer, allowing the yolk to rest in the center.

Garnish
Finish with a dollop of caviar on top of the quail egg and additional herbs as desired.

Serve
Serve immediately with additional brioche slices on the side.
