Preparation Steps

Prepare Phyllo Squares
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush a baking tray with melted butter. Layer 4 sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each layer with melted butter. Cut the layered phyllo into squares and place them on the tray. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

Make Cheese Cream
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Set aside in the refrigerator to chill.

Prepare Cold Strawberry Soup
In a blender, combine fresh strawberries, orange juice, and honey. Blend until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare Berry Salad
In a large bowl, combine fresh strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Add mint leaves and toss gently.

Serve
Place baked phyllo squares on a plate, add a dollop of cheese cream on top, and serve with a side of cold strawberry soup and berry salad.
