Method
Preparation of Seafood
- 1
Prepare the Shrimp
Peel and devein the shrimp. Rinse them under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
- 2
Prepare the Crab
If using whole crab, steam or boil for about 15-20 minutes until cooked. If using pre-cooked crab legs, simply thaw them.
- 3
Cook the Fish
Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, add a little oil, and cook the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until it flakes easily with a fork.
Preparation of Fries
- 4
Cut the Potatoes
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into thin wedges or sticks.
- 5
Fry the Potatoes
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 180°C (350°F). Carefully add the potato wedges and fry until golden brown, approximately 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels, then sprinkle with salt.
Preparation of Dipping Sauce
- 6
Mix the Dipping Sauce
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well until smooth and serve as a dipping sauce.
Serving
- 7
Assemble the Platter
On a large serving platter, arrange the cooked shrimp, crab legs, and fish fillets. Serve alongside the crispy fries and the dipping sauce.
