Preparation

1

Prepare the Seafood

Clean the shrimp by peeling and deveining them. Rinse the fish and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the oysters under cold water.

2

Chop the Vegetables

Finely chop the garlic, onion, bell pepper, and celery. Dice the tomatoes and set aside.

Cooking

3

Sauté the Aromatics

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic, onion, bell pepper, and celery. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened.

4

Add the Tomatoes and Broth

Stir in the diced tomatoes and cook for another 3 minutes. Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a simmer.

5

Season the Broth

Add the white wine, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the pot. Stir well to combine.

6

Cook the Seafood

Add the shrimp, fish, and oysters to the pot. Cook for 5-10 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and opaque. Stir occasionally.

7

Finish with Lemon

Squeeze the juice of one large lemon over the seafood and give it a gentle stir before serving.
