Burger Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Beef Patty
In a mixing bowl, divide the ground beef into two equal portions and shape each into a patty, about ½ inch thick. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- 2
- 3
Prepare the Buns
While the burgers are cooking, toast the burger buns lightly on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
- 4
Assemble the Burger
Spread mayonnaise on the bottom bun. Layer with lettuce, tomato slices, onion slices, pickles, the cooked burger patty with melted cheese, crispy bacon, and jalapeños. Top with the other half of the bun.
Fries Preparation

Prepare the Fries
Preheat the oven according to the package instructions for the frozen French fries. Spread the fries on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.
- 6
Bake the Fries
Bake the fries for the time recommended on the package, usually around 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy. Stir halfway through cooking for even crispiness.
- 7
Finish and Serve
Once the fries are done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with salt. Serve alongside the assembled burger.
