Fries

Method

Fries Preparation

  1. 1

    Cut the Potatoes

Wash and peel the russet potatoes, then cut them into thin strips to create fries.

  2. 2

    Soak the Fries

Place the cut fries in a bowl of cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

  3. 3

    Heat the Oil

In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

  4. 4

    Fry the Potatoes

Drain the soaked fries and pat them dry. Carefully add them to the hot oil in batches. Fry until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per batch.

  5. 5

    Season the Fries

Remove the fries from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate. Immediately season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika while they are still hot.

Toppings Preparation

  1. 6

    Grill the Wagyu Steak

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the wagyu steak with salt and pepper. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Let it rest before slicing.

  2. 7

    Sauté Vegetables

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add sliced onions, mushrooms, and sweet bell peppers. Sauté until soft and caramelized, about 8-10 minutes.

  3. 8

    Melt the Cheese

Once the steak has rested, slice it thinly. Top the fries with sautéed vegetables, sliced wagyu, and shredded white American cheese. Place under a broiler for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.

  4. 9

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
