Beef Meatballs

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, grated parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.

Shape Meatballs
Using your hands, shape the mixture into small balls, about 2.5 cm (1 inch) in diameter.

Bake Meatballs
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
