Prepare the Turkey
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Rinse the whole turkey under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.

Season the Turkey
Rub the entire turkey with olive oil, ensuring it’s well coated. Season generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, and dried rosemary both inside and out.

Rest and Pull the Turkey
Once cooked, remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for at least 30 minutes before carving. After resting, use your hands or two forks to pull the meat into shreds.

Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Slice the tomato and onion into thin slices.

Assemble the Sandwich
On one slice of bread, spread a layer of mayonnaise. Layer on the pulled turkey, followed by provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato slices, and onion slices. Top with another slice of bread.

Cut the sandwich in half if desired and serve immediately with your favorite side!
