Prepare the Sub Sandwich

Slice the Sub Roll
Carefully slice the sub roll in half lengthwise to create a sandwich base.

Layer the Ingredients
Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the inside of both halves of the sub roll. Layer the deli meats, cheese, lettuce, and tomato on the bottom half of the roll.

Season
Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of the layered ingredients to taste.

Close the Sandwich
Place the top half of the sub roll over the layered ingredients, pressing down gently to secure.
Prepare the Side

Choose Your Side
Select either potato chips or coleslaw to accompany the sandwich. If choosing coleslaw, prepare or purchase pre-made coleslaw.
Prepare the Dessert

Select a chocolate chip cookie to complete the box lunch.
