In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Add the chicken breasts and coat them evenly. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
