Method

Beef Preparation

  1. 1

    Slow Roast the Wagyu Beef

Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Season the American Wagyu Prime Grade Beef with salt and pepper. Place it on a roasting rack in a roasting pan. Roast for approximately 2-3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare. Remove from the oven and let it rest for at least 20 minutes before slicing thinly.

Turkey Preparation

  1. 2

    Prepare the Turkey

If using leftover turkey, simply pull apart into bite-sized pieces. If cooking fresh, roast or boil the turkey breast until fully cooked, then allow it to cool before pulling it apart.

Bacon Preparation

  1. 3

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the hickory-smoked honey-cured bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels and set aside.

Vegetable Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and dry the lettuce. Slice the tomatoes and onions into thin rounds. Set aside for sandwich assembly.

Sandwich Assembly

  1. 5

    Assemble the Club Sandwich

On the first slice of club sandwich bread, spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Layer with lettuce, followed by the hand-pulled turkey, 2 slices of provolone cheese, and 2 slices of bacon. Place the second slice of bread on top and repeat the process with the remaining ingredients. Top with the third slice of bread, spread with the remaining mayonnaise, and finish with the sliced onions and tomatoes.

  2. 6

    Slice and Serve

Carefully slice the sandwich into quarters, secure with toothpicks if desired, and serve immediately.
