    Layer the Nachos

On a large baking sheet or oven-safe dish, spread out the tortilla chips evenly.

  2. 4

    Add Cheese

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese generously over the tortilla chips.

  3. 5

    Add Protein

Evenly distribute the shredded chicken or cooked ground beef over the cheese layer.

  4. 6

    Add Jalapeños

Sprinkle the sliced jalapeños on top of the protein layer.
