Horchata

Soak the Rice
In a bowl, combine the long-grain white rice and 2 cups of water. Let it soak for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.

Strain and Add Milk
Strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher. Add the remaining 2 cups of water and milk, stir well, and chill before serving.
Jamaica

Boil the Hibiscus
In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the dried hibiscus flowers and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.

Strain the Mixture
Once the hibiscus has steeped, strain it into a pitcher to remove the flowers.

Sweeten and Add Lime
Stir in the sugar and lime juice until fully dissolved. Chill before serving.
Tamarindo

Mix Tamarind and Water
In a bowl, combine the tamarind paste and 4 cups of water. Stir until the tamarind is fully dissolved.

Add sugar to the mixture and stir until fully dissolved. Chill before serving.
Strawberry

Blend Strawberries
In a blender, combine fresh strawberries, 3 cups of water, sugar, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.

Strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove seeds and pulp.

Chill the mixture in the refrigerator before serving. Serve over ice if desired.
Passion Fruit

In a blender, combine fresh diced mango, 3 cups of water, sugar, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.

Strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove any pulp.
