Stuffed Jalapeños
For Serving
Method
Preparation
- 1
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). This ensures that the jalapeños cook evenly.
- 2
Prepare Jalapeños
Carefully slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes. This will reduce the heat and make them easier to stuff.
- 3
Make the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and bacon bits. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Stuffing and Baking
- 4
Stuff the Jalapeños
Using a spoon or piping bag, fill each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture. Make sure to pack it in well.
- 5
Arrange on Baking Sheet
Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
- 6
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the jalapeños are tender and the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
Serving
- 7
Serve
Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
