Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the bone-in chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. In a large bowl, toss the wings with vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 cup of unsalted butter. Once melted, add 1 cup of hot sauce and 2 tablespoons of honey. Stir until combined and heated through. Remove from heat.
Wild Sauce Preparation
- 4
Make Wild Sauce
In a separate saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 cup of unsalted butter. Once melted, add 1.5 cups of hot sauce, 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. Stir until combined and heated through. Remove from heat.
Serving

Toss Wings in Sauce
Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl. Depending on your preference, toss the wings in either the mild sauce or the wild sauce until fully coated. Serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauces.
