Method

Dip Preparation

  1. 1

    Thaw the Spinach

In a bowl, thaw the frozen spinach in the microwave or by letting it sit at room temperature. Once thawed, drain excess water and chop coarsely.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Artichokes

If using canned artichoke hearts, drain and chop them into small pieces. If using frozen, thaw and chop them as well.

  3. 3

    Mix the Dip Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and fully combined. Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

  4. 4

    Bake the Dip

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and lightly golden on top.

Serving Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare Tortilla Chips

Open the bag of tortilla chips and place them in a serving bowl.

  2. 6

    Prepare Garlic Toast

Slice the garlic bread and place it on a baking sheet. Optionally, you can brush the slices with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder. Toast in the oven for about 10 minutes until golden.

  3. 7

    Serve

Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm alongside tortilla chips and garlic toast.
