Bread the Cheese Curds
Dip each cheese curd first into the flour, making sure to coat evenly. Shake off any excess flour, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Ensure each curd is fully covered.
- 3
Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the oil to 350°F (175°C). You can test if the oil is ready by dropping a small piece of bread in; it should sizzle and turn golden brown.
- 4
Fry the Cheese Curds
Carefully place the breaded cheese curds in the hot oil in batches, avoiding overcrowding. Fry for about 2-3 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. Use a slotted spoon to remove them from the oil, and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Prepare Dipping Sauces
While the cheese curds are frying, pour the ranch dressing and caramel sauce into small bowls for dipping.
