Prepare the Croutons
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the bread into cubes and place them in a bowl. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, and dried herbs. Pour this mixture over the bread cubes and toss to coat. Spread the bread cubes on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy, turning halfway through.

Make the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the fresh tomatoes (cut into wedges or slices) and torn basil leaves. Drizzle with aged balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Gently toss to combine.

Assemble the Salad
Place the salad on a serving platter or individual plates. Tear the burrata cheese and arrange it on top of the salad. Sprinkle the garlic herb croutons over the salad. Drizzle with additional basil oil if desired.
