Roast the Turkey
Roast the turkey for about 13-15 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Baste occasionally.

Make the Gravy
In a saucepan, combine the drippings with flour and chicken broth. Whisk until smooth and cook until thickened.
Country Ham with Brown Sugar Cola Glaze

Prepare the Ham
Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.

Make the Glaze
In a bowl, mix brown sugar, cola, and Dijon mustard. Brush the glaze over the ham.

Bake the ham for about 15-18 minutes per pound, basting with the glaze every 30 minutes until heated through.

In a large skillet, melt the butter and sauté onion and celery until soft.
